Sites to Start Enforcing Terms of Service

The government is proposing to make it illegal to violate a websites terms of service. Such websites would be Myspace, Google, Facebook, etc. Many people think it is up to the site to enforce their terms of service.

For example, did you know you have to be 18 to use Google, according to their terms of service? If this new law passes, it will be illegal and you could face a fine and or jail time for violating this.

"You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google..."

What do you think? Should the government interfere in this situation? Or is it up to the site to enforce their terms?

Really People?

If you havn't heard already, a Wal-Mart employee was trampled and killed on Friday as he tried to open the door to let people in. A pregnant lady was also knocked over and the baby is believed to have died. COME ON PEOPLE! Its just a sale! You dont have to kill someone over it. If I was that guy, I would be pretty mad, even if I didn't die. All your saving is like what, 20 bucks? Is it really worth it to kill 2 people? Next year, try not to kill someone. Thanx.
